Which aluminum alloys do you process?▼
We process AlMg3 (EN AW-5754), AlMgSi (EN AW-6060, 6082), pure aluminum (EN AW-1050) and other alloys as needed. Material thickness ranges from 0.2 mm to 10 mm.
What quantities are possible?▼
From single prototypes to large series with several million pieces. Our manufacturing is flexibly designed – framework agreements and call-off orders are standard practice.
Can you take over our stamping manufacturing?▼
Yes, we take over complete production relocations with several hundred tools per project. Many customers outsource their aluminum stamping manufacturing to us because stamping is not their core competency. We handle sampling, qualification and stable series ramp-up.
Do you also offer aluminum profile processing?▼
Yes, in addition to stamping we also process aluminum profiles. Sawing, drilling, milling and stamping of profiles are part of our service portfolio. More information at aluminiumprofil-bearbeitung.de.
